Planning for 2027 coverage
October 15–December 7, 2026
Medicare Annual Enrollment is the time to review and change Medicare Advantage or Part D coverage. Changes generally take effect January 1, 2027.
An appointment request does not enroll you or meet the enrollment deadline. The plan must receive your enrollment request by December 7.

Before we talk
A few questions you may have.
Toby comes to you for in-home appointments, or meets by phone and video across California, Nevada and Arizona.
Request my annual reviewDo I have to change my plan?
No. A review helps you understand whether your coverage still meets your needs. Keeping suitable coverage can be the right outcome.
Can I request help before October 15?
Yes. You can request an appointment and prepare your questions in advance. Next year’s plan information becomes available starting October 1. AEP enrollment requests begin October 15; other enrollment periods depend on your circumstances.
Does this review include every Medicare plan?
No. Toby represents a selection of insurers and plans. Available options depend on your location and circumstances, and he can explain what he represents during your conversation.
Is this the right place if I’m turning 65?
You’re welcome to ask here, but our turning-65 page focuses on first enrollment and employer-coverage timing. You do not need to wait for Annual Enrollment to ask about becoming eligible for Medicare.
