Since 2012, Serene Insurance Solutions has helped individuals and families understand their Medicare and life insurance choices.
Toby’s approach starts with your needs. As an independent agent, he can help you compare options from the companies he represents and explain the differences in coverage, cost and eligibility. He does not represent every company or offer every plan in your area.
Our mission is to make insurance easier to understand. If an option outside the companies we represent appears worth exploring, we will tell you. Keeping your existing coverage may also be the right choice.

How we work
Toby comes to you for in-home appointments, or meets by phone and video across California, Nevada and Arizona.
Serene does not charge for consultations. If you enroll in a policy through us, we may receive a commission from the insurer. Compensation varies by product and insurer; Medicare Advantage and Part D compensation is subject to CMS rules. Insurance premiums and other policy costs still apply.
After enrollment, you can contact Toby for help finding answers about your coverage, billing, replacement cards and yearly plan changes. Insurers and Medicare make coverage and appeal decisions.
Medicare appointments focus on the Medicare products you agree to discuss. Life insurance discussions are scheduled separately.
